Step 1: Fill out the Admission Form

• We need important information for the Ministry of Education and Child Care and to ensure your child is safe at school. If your child has attended public school, this will look familiar.
• Optional: Want to apply for Financial Assistance? Complete this form at the same time.

Step 2: Conditional Offer

• Our team will review your form to make sure everything is in order.
• If your application is accepted, we’ll email you a conditional admission offer. To reserve your child’s spot, a $300 deposit must be paid within 7 days.
• This deposit is equal to one month’s tuition. If you qualify for Financial Assistance or a Sibling Discount, the deposit will be reduced.
• Don’t worry—this is not an extra cost. The deposit will be counted toward your tuition fees.

Tuition Fees

You may choose to pay monthly or make an annual lump-sum payment. Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month from October through June. Annual payments are due by September 1st and reflect the remaining balance after the deposit is applied.
